After working in health care Human Resources for almost 25 years, I made a complete career change to real estate. It was a wonderful change. I truly enjoy helping customers find a home and fall in love with it. It gives me great pleasure to see the excitement and satisfaction of new homeowners after finding the perfect place. And it's an honor to be chosen to list a home and help sellers move on to the next chapter in their lives.
 
I believe the duties of an agent should be more than just sticking a sign in your yard or unlocking a door to view a home! Agents should get to know their clients and actually work for them. This includes answering the phone when you call. How many times should a client actually call an agent before getting an answer? I'm available any time to help, any day of the week.

If I've learned one thing about property, it's that we can change the home, but we can't change the view. If the view is perfect, I can also help with design and remodeling for the perfect home package. I can also help with locating vacant lots to build a home, finding a perfect floor plan, and helping to choose a builder.
